What is Stonetile?
Stonetile is a richly crafted exterior wall product consisting of a diverse line of patented concrete tiles and mouldings suitable for all types of new and retrofit construction. Our company also manufactures and installs a line of mantels, surrounds, and over mantels. This line of stunning concrete products ranges from the Ultra Modern, to classic French provincial at a very reasonable cost.
What is Stonetile made of?
Stonetile is manufactured in a state of the art computerized process. It ensures that all our formulas are dispensed precisely for each batch. All forms are covered during the heated curing phase. This process ensures high quality product but at the same time it allows us to produce each one of our richly crafted pieces at affordable prices. The raw material we use to create our high density concrete is the finest ground stone available, without impurities such as iron stone, pyrite or coal thus preventing unsightly rust spots. Customarily pumice or expanded shale is used in the production of manufactured stone. These materials have a negative impact on our environment due to the fact that long distance transportation is required as well as high energy requirements for manufacturing in case of the expanded shale production. These materials are highly water absorbent and concrete longevity is difficult to achieve.
What is the Stonetile rain screen system?
Stonetile Rain Screen addresses moisture penetration right at the source: the forces that drive water into the building shell. By neutralizing these forces, the Stonetile’s Rain Screen can withstand extreme environments. This system is effective in any climate and can handle nearly any weather condition.
How much does Stonetile cost?
Stonetile is competitively priced with all exterior products. Our vast scope of products allows a project to be priced similar to acrylic stucco, or if a project is dressed up with many mouldings it similar to brick and other true masonry products. The largest difference is the advantages that sets our product and installation process apart from these competitors. How long will Stonetile last?
Our warranty is 25 years on the product. Under normal circumstances, Stonetile can last indefinitely. After all, it is the exterior product that lasts a lifetime!
How is Stonetile installed?
The installation of a Stonetile project is an all important part of the Stonetile experience. We train our craftsmen in a rigorous training program and then equip them with the tools and a vehicle that allows them to create those masterpieces which you have seen around town or in the breathtaking photos displayed in our showrooms or on our website.
