Landscaping
A Plinth or a band of unique tile at the base of the home can greatly enhance the overall look. If the home is heavily landscaped with shrubs and other base-level greenery, it may not be the best choice to have the accent moulding at the base of the home. Instead, you may choose to continue with the primary tile choice. The accent pieces would be best utilized elsewhere.
